World Time Attack 2017 is now less then 7 days away, and you know that we are getting close when the internationals drivers are getting seat time around Sydney Motorsport Park, laying eyes on the venue for the first time and to get their eye in for the big event a week away. Today there were a dozen or so WTAC entered cars from a variety of classes that were out on track, noticeably the two Finnish entries of Sami Sivonen driving the Audi R8 1:1 & Miika Toivonen in the Luxury Collection Racing Lotus Exige Cup. Sammi in the Audi managed to get a full days testing, he was helped by local track guru John Boston to fine tune before next week, and Miika arrived after lunch to get a few sessions.

While his Pro Class Subaru may not of been at the track yet, Andy Forest was out getting antiquated with the track in a Subaru WRX development car loaned by Whiteline Australia.

We hope to get a closer look at all the brilliant machines over this WTAC season, but please check out a glimpse of today’s action. Be sure to regularly check back here over the next couple weeks as we bring you all the action from WTAC 2017.
